I suppose you feel that this only happens to kids with bad parents and that these agencies are what you wise them to be. Well remember what happens when you assume. [ass- u- me] King and Snohomish County and other large Counties have been at this for some time thanks to the state politicians. [On the web]. Look at [Snohomish county Cocoon House] [out reach, who we help.] This is big money for private mental health; [planed parenthood and counseling] county human services are suppose to monitor these agencies contracts but do a lousy job of it for sure in Snohomish County and have the power to cover their mistakes. What a conflict of interest! The agencies mistake is also the counties mistake. They cannot be candid about their mistakes! Who is looking out for the public? The teachers want a well-deserved pay increase while the state spends much money on usurping parental power in schools instead. To take a leaf from Senator Daniel Webster book "Good intentions are always pleaded for any assumption of power, the constitution was made to guard us against our elected officials good intentions, but there are men and women of all ages who mean to govern well, but they mean to govern, they promise to be good masters but they mean to be masters". Thomas Jefferson, the apostle of liberty the first educational president, wanted public schools so even the poor could go to school, his words "If you expect the people to be ignorant and free you expect what never was and never will be "This un-American usurping of parental power is not Jefferson's intentions for public schools. It may be your intention to bring your children up believing in God [pro life]. You must do this at home; prayer time was removed from school some time ago. So why is it ok for the state of Washington to undo this what you do at home, from school. What happened to this truth "One country, one constitution, one destiny"? Sincerely and respectfully, Hugh Fleet
